STATUS is an all access performance exploring the complexities of HIV stigma. Performed at the Fairfax Theatre (Arts Centre Melbourne) after it's debut as a part of the Midsumma Festival.Born from Living Positive Victoria’s ENUF campaign, STATUS engages people living with, affected by or associated to HIV through interviews canvassing their life experiences. These contemporary accounts are transcribed into a dramatic script and presented to the public by professional actors.The esteemed nature of the artistry is the device employed to deliver community development goals of people living with HIV. These include human rights, advocacy, support, education and a society-wide response that seeks an end to the HIV epidemic.Such is the versatility of the performance; STATUS, it can be performed in traditional theatres, academic class rooms and medical lecture halls around the globe. PERFORMANCESSTATUS was developed for a world premier season during the 20th International AIDS Conference(AIDS 2014 - Stepping Up The Pace) in Melbourne, Australia, July 2014. Over 14,000 delegates attended the conference, highlighting the diverse nature of the Asia Pacific’s HIV epidemic and the unique responses to it. STATUS presented a showcase (short) presentation in the Global Village on a daily basis during the conference. My role required me to train and educate individuals in the safe operation of heavy vehicles, including and not limited to trucks and buses. With a major focus on safety and regulations in accordance with Vic Road authority. Completing and meeting all statutory requirements in road safety regulations. I was also required to train future bus operators for a major PTV partner in achieving competence operating a passenger vehicle. Dealing with a broad cross section of the community, from varied cultural backgrounds and learning abilities. I have certainly enjoyed the challenges and successes that this role has offered and pride myself in the ability to adapt to changes and needs.

Initially employed as a retention specialist to provide solution based outcomes for members and working within KPI driven outcomes.During my time I was seconded to work on the roll out of the new government regulations regarding the redefinition of health cover policies. I was also instrumental in the development of our web chat system. In 2017 I was assigned to overseeing some compliance and regulatory information including but not limited to cross correspondence from outside sources.

My experience has allowed me to work with multiple focused roles including but not limited to BDM, HR/Recruitment, Management and Sales. I have always prided myself on my level of customer service and satisfaction. Building strong relationships with internal and external clients. My key strengths are adaptability, able to learn new skills readily, relationship building, written and verbal communication.I have managed major projects and managed major accounts, delivering, meeting and exceeding KPI’s.

In conjunction with his wife Michelle, Stephen produced and directed "8" The Play by Academy Award Winner Dustin Lance Black (Milk and J Edgar) The production was staged as a part of Midsumma 2013 at Chapel off Chapel in January 2013. It was made possible with the kind assistance of Broadway Impact and their incredibly supportive team. This was a self funded project with the profits being donated to JOY 94.9, Minus 18 & The ENUF Campaign (Living Positive Victoria). "8" is a verbatim piece of theatre based on Proposition 8 in California defending the rights of Marriage equality.
