I am a partner in the Dispute Resolution team, with a track record of helping clients resolve their commercial disputes.I am dual qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales and I am involved in commercial litigation in a variety of sectors, with a particular interest in disputes in the real estate, sports and telecommunications sectors.Within property disputes, I advise clients in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of contentious property issues, with particular experience in landlord and tenant disputes. I also acts for operators under the Electronic Communications Code.I have experience in high-value commercial litigation and sports disputes (including disciplinary and governance issues, as well as contractual disputes), and I conduct litigation in courts of all levels. I am a keen advocate of alternative dispute resolution and I'm regularly involved in arbitration, expert determination and mediation.I am member of the Property Litigation Association and the British Association for Sport and Law. I am ranked by independent legal directory Legal 500 in both Sports Law and in Real Estate Litigation.
