Lead carveout and post acquisition integration work on complex carveout transactions, from both buyer and seller perspectives. Assist both PE buyers as well as strategic sellers in complex carveout transactions. Utilize previous "hands-on" experiences gained from working as a Partner in two middle market/VC Private Equity firms as well as a major International Consulting firm and understand the importance of implementing size approprate process and procedures for the respective transaction. Participate in either full time or part time roles and am able to bring on a team of experts in IT, Treasury, Risk Management, Employee Benefits and Operations on an as needed basis.

• Led 7 major carveout transactions from sellers including L3Harris Technologies, GE, GATX, Armstrong Industries, Elkay and MASCO. • Liaised with third party experts to build virtual carveout teams capable of performing multiple transactions simultaneously.• Led the turnaround of a significantly underperforming portfolio company by restructuring the company’s credit agreement as well as other debts outstanding, changed strategic components of the management team, led cost savings measures, and positioned the company for an imminent strategic sale. • Successfully led strategic, multi-faceted financial initiatives for all 20 portfolio companies through recent market disruptions resulting from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and simultaneous crash in oil and gas prices.• Oversaw team that performed all fund accounting, reporting and compliance related matters of AIP
