As the Lead Analyst for the WW Digital Experience team my focus is turning mountains of data into action. The role frames large amounts of data into digestible and presentable highlights and analysis for leadership and functional teams. In this role you must be well-practiced in web analytics but also function as web and customer advocates who deliver value in their ability to harness user experience and the voice of customer to capture the big picture. The Enterprise Data Manager is a function of Sales Operations and acts as a liaison between the Business Units, Sales, Marketing, and other corporate areas including Product Life-cycle Management, Finance, Information Systems, MarCom, and Manufacturing/Planning to define and maintain accurate Customer, Product, and Market Segment/Application data for scheduling and reporting systems.
