• Develop and implement KEC’s Code @ KEC initiative through K-12 students, through conferences, camps, and community collaboration; over 300 students have participated in programming to date• Led AgWorks, KEC agriculture business acceleration, through business curriculum deployment and partner outreach, resulting in 13 new companies and over $250,000 of grant and investment capital• Coordinate KEC’s customer experience by redesigning KEC’s onboarding program, developing a mentor connection system, and building an entrepreneurial pipeline
