Develop and support product recommendation software-as-a-service and its integration into larger e-commerce platform, Oracle Commerce Cloud. Supported ATG Recommendations product recommendation software-as-a-service system. ATG was acquired by Oracle in 2011.• Developed statistical/machine learning models for generating shopper-specific product recommendations in an e-commerce software-as-a-service application• Conducted A/B tests of recommender models, policies and marketing rules for customers; communicated results to customers and other stakeholders • Developed KPIs; created internal and customer-focused reporting and analysis from collected shopper data

Developed statistical relational models for e-commerce, health care and satellite defense domains. Contributed data analysis, statistical modeling and application development for a commercial product recommendation software-as-a-service. CleverSet was acquired by ATG in 2008.

Researched applications of graphical models (aka Bayesian networks) to environmental statistical problems as part of a multi-institution EPA STAR grant.

Administered a multi-platform computer lab during the annual IAS Park City Mathematics Institute conference. During ample down time read "Return of the Native" by Thomas Hardy (Summer 2002) and "Bleak House" by Charles Dickens (Summer 2003).

Taught a SAS lab section for MATH 3070 (Applied Statistics I) and led several discussion sections for MATH 1040 (Introduction to Statistical Thinking).
