My current role sees me as the Maintenance Manager - Trisco Foods, although I have substantial expertise across all areas of the food and beverage industry, including Lean implementation, Production Management, Production plant commissioning and Maintenance functions, gained in fast paced manufacturing and FMCG sectors, comprising roles with CUB, CCA, Hilton Foods and Lion. Initially beginning my career as a fitter and turner, I progressed into management to fully utilize my personal skills and work more closely with the people side of business. As shown throughout my work history, my ability to accept change has enabled me to move into new and different roles, this being a personal strength, which has enabled me to build extensive capability and experience. Key to my success has been the ability to build trust and engagement, establishing rapport and buy in, within my teams.
