Building and leading the Sustainability Solutions team for Visa in Europe.After studying electrical engineering at university I started my career with Capital One, as the Canadian business was just starting. Over the next 10 years I was fortunate to lead several of their business units and had roles in strategy, innovation, credit and partnerships. During that time, in 2008, we moved to London when I worked in the UK business and also completed the global executive MBA program at Columbia and London Business schools. The next decade of my career led me into strategy consulting, innovation and venturing within the environmental and social sector. This took many forms with an online crowd sourced trend publication on social business, a partnership called Swarm and a creative collaboration unit called Wild Labs. A deeply rich and rewarding 10 years in which I am grateful for all of the people, projects and gigs that aided me on my journey. I am now currently seeking to combine the two decades of knowledge leading a newly created part of the Visa Europe business, Sustainability Solutions. Excited by this new challenge and eager to see what comes in this next decade!
