Furthering my understanding of Customer requirements in my previous roles brought me into this fulfilling role to seek further opportunities for bringing further efficiencies to our Customers. I identified pain points and how Caseware could assist with sometimes complex and very specific Customer requirements whilst ensuring that further efficiencies are key to the successful implementations of CaseWare.My key responsibilities included:- Obtaining an understanding of Customer issues and their requirements- Developing solutions that resolve these issues- Managing the implementation process with new Customers and the whole network of dedicated team members at Caseware to ensure the solutions exceeds the Customers expectations

From combining the knowledge gained from assisting Customers with Caseware to resolve current issues and inefficiencies, this provided me with the expertise to be able to seek out new opportunities for Caseware whilst still maintaining existing relationships and managing Customer expectations.As a Customer Relationship Manager, my key responsibilities to date include:- Obtaining an understanding of Company issues, and their requirements through phone/online discussions and face to face meetings- Generating solutions to meet Customer requirements and to resolve their current issues- Managing the implementation process between new Customers and the whole network of dedicated team members at CaseWare to ensure the solutions meet the Customers expectations- Continued Client meetings to ensure Caseware meet Client requirements- Ensuring our Customer's staff knowledge is always met to create a solution and to ensure maximum efficiency
