Recent Key Achievements:• Implementation of a Contract Pack operation of 130,000 ft2 capable of packing circa. 35 million parts per anum with room for 30% growth within 12 month.• Achieved tight deadline with sign off in November 2016 and a go live date of April 2017. CP area was 75% complete one month prior to go -live to enable staff inductions and training in actual work environment to take place. 100% complete prior to agreed start-up date.• Specify and source all equipment. This included multiple fully automated packing machines down to the pack tables and tools used by operators. • Full end to end process from floor concept and design, using CAD and SketchUp, to being fully operational on required date.• Relocation of existing process floors and bulk pallet racking to facilitate space required. Liaising with operations and racking provider to ensure all deadlines met with minimal disruption.• Liaise with all site service providers to ensure all required services were in place and fit for purpose prior to machinery arrival. Power, Data and Air.• Oversee all machinery installations and ensure UAT testing was completed and operators had full training.• Assist operations with any issues post go-live to ensure productivity is not compromised by down-time.
