Technical manager with 45 years of Engineering experience in the Aerospace industry, 40 of which have been with Sikorsky Aircraft an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of military and commercial helicopters. My time at Sikorsky began in the Aerodynamics department as a Research and Development Engineer and progressed to the role of Chief Engineer for the S-70i™ International BLACK HAWK helicopter. Throughout my tenure I successfully developed my technical and management skills through positions as a Design Lead, Project Lead, Chief System Engineer, and Chief Engineer. I integrated and certified several major systems on Sikorsky military and commercial aircraft and helped capture new business as the technical lead for several major proposal campaigns.

S-70I™ International Black Hawk (Ibh) Chief Engineer (Ce)Sikorsky Aircraft Nov 2014 - Nov 2023Stratford, Connecticut, United States• Secured over $2 Billion in new business through the successful capture of new contracts for 120 S-70i™ aircraft. This reopened the shuttered PZL assembly line just 18 months after obtaining the CE position, ensuring S-70i™ IBH production through 2025. • Participated in post-proposal contract negotiations as the Engineering lead, which resulted in the successful closure of all potential contracts. • Contributed to the financial success of the S-70i™ program by delivering all technical artifacts and contracted aircraft on time and within the assigned budget.• Ensured on time delivery of all contracted aircraft by successfully obtaining Certificates of Compliance (COC) from the Sikorsky Qualification Assurance Board (QAB) for all new customer requested options and completed aircraft.• Delivered all technical artifacts for Internal Research and Development projects on time and within the assigned budget, helping to ensure our ability to capture new business.• Resolved all obsolescence and technical issues, maintaining the viability of the S-70i™ supply chain and assembly line.• Created a benchmark process for transferring Sikorsky Intellectual Property (IP) to a third party that protects Sikorsky’s financial and legal interests while expanding our ability to capture new business. -
