In direct partnership with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, my principal responsibilities as Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) are to enhance internal organizational processes and infrastructure through methodologies that directly support the nonprofit organization in its mission, attainment of fiscal and programmatic objectives, continuous organizational quality improvement, implementation of the organization’s health services and business plans, and delivery of patient-centered care. Additional responsibilities include: provider recruitment, development, retention, and disciplinary action; establishment and achievement of provider productivity benchmarks; clinical quality improvement; utilization and risk management to ensure quality, cost-effective care for specific populations; development, implementation, oversight of the organizations laboratory and Behavioral Health Services partnerships. As CCO, I also serve as the organization’s Disaster Preparedness Officer.
