Tomato Project : Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers, Coal Handling Plant 2 x 150 MW Biomass Co-combustion Captive Power Plant• Monitoring shipment plan and estimation time arrival for equipment based on foundation readiness. • Make sure erection and installation equipment, steel structure follow the sequence and schedule• Review welding map, lifting plan for field execution phase of project. • Issuing material to contractor based on MTO. • Monitoring report actual progress against progress plan based on schedule. • Supervise contractor to fabricate and installing material based on drawing approved. • Giving decision if any problem at site. • Built communication with other department to execute work smoothly based on schedule and quality manner. • Leading coordination with contractor and vendor about surveyor for handover all foundation equipment from civil.• Witness Handover Foundation from Civil to Mechanical before Installation Padding Plate and Installation Equipment. • Responsible for all construction activity since Installation, Inspection, checkout punch list, test until commissioning. • Coordinate with operation and maintenance team during commissioning and start up activities. • Checking progress report from Vendor before issued of payment certificate • Monitoring QA/QC from each contractors during construction stage and ensure all quality meet with standard and project requirement
