I support organizations with bold campaigns for key energy policy developments across Canada. Through climate and energy policy analysis, government relations, campaign strategy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising I support work that puts Canada on a better track toward climate ambition and climate justice.

• Supported full range of development, financing and construction of over 200MW of wind energy projects with a community focus across Canada.• Undertook research and external relations with government, wind turbine manufacturers, regulators, electric utilities, and financers across various jurisdictions. • Participated in various regulatory interventions at the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.

• Supported the development and financing of a portfolio of over 40MW of community-owned wind energy projects in Nova Scotia, through the Community Feed-in-Tariff (COMFIT) Program. • Managed submission of over 100MW of RFP projects in Nova Scotia and Ontario. • Co-organized and participated in over 50 community consultations.• Worked with the Scotian Wind Inc. and eight other Nova Scotia CEDIFS to ensure community ownership, participation and compliance.

• Worked with department engineers to reduce energy use and emissions in provincial government buildings, including through initiating LEED and BOMA Best building accreditations, and by creating the first province-wide greenhouse gas inventory for government buildings.
