Drawing Office Online (D.O.O) was involved with the defence sector and gained experience with Land and Submarine systems.We supported National Infrastructure by improving security around National Grid sites. Projects consisted of the refurbishment of office buildings, large scale development projects, public schools and residential apartments. Production of all the necessary drawings required for Manufacturing and fit out, across all the above sectors. 3D photorealistic renderings were included to compliment installation drawings.Clash Detection of 3D CAD models including Revit, in all disciplines was achieved through Autodesks Navisworks Manage, providing confidence for clients design before the build stage. Jobs were won by writing and placing bids, often leading to face to face meetings with the client. Projects progressed whilst assisting colleagues with training and technical advice. Involvement in recruiting extra staff for the business and in some instances the management of outsourced work to sub-contractors. Point cloud scanning with a FARO S70 was utilised on several projects to assist in producing model and drawing information. The Matterport camera used throughout several stages of the build on St James shopping centre, an excellent tool, received fantastic comments throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. Inventor utilised on several bespoke design projects ranging from a smart Blind cane, collapsible pan handle to a telescopic conveyor for the aerospace industry.
