The >$50M USD JV was created to enable our shared desire to grow the Flux business outside China. My specific charter was to help drive the strategy and approve the direction set for management as they developed go to market (GTM) strategy in Southeast Asia as a foothold outside China, and then help connect the team into the larger Honeywell organization for further market penetration. My previous experience at Oracle and Flex gave me insights into the GTM factors and the regional issues at play here and helped me guide decision making during a critical juncture.
