As Executive Recruiter I played a core role in attracting, recruiting and cultivating high calibre professionals to McKinsey Solutions Office.

As part of the Global Recruitment Team I was responsible for the strategic sourcing of high performing individuals into key posts across AstraZeneca’s Drug Discovery organisation.
