Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best leaders. I've had great experiences working in Stealth and Pre-IPO companies trying to emerge as a leader. I've also delivered some amazing results in mid-size to large enterprise organizations as we build highly specialized teams. I've been in a wide variety of hands-on roles as a Sourcer, Recruiter, and Head of Talent. This has provided me the opportunity to learn how to lean in, build fast, and develop talent acquisition organizations quickly and effectively.Joby has a great vision of saving 1 billion people an hour a day. This is a really bold vision, just like 10,000 songs in your pocket once was. Our air taxi has the potential to give time back to some people that you’d otherwise spend it sitting in traffic. As we try to reduce our carbon footprint through the use of technology, an all-electric aircraft is our vision. Joby builds almost everything by themselves.
