In my role as Endpoint Services Director, I led a global team focused on proactively securing endpoints from new and longstanding vulnerabilities while ensuring systems can adequately perform a wide range of business and engineering functions. In my role as Service Delivery Lead, I was responsible for ensuring that the IARS teams (Compliance, Engineering and SOC) had all of the required tools and services to effectively perform their job responsibilities, that those tools and services were fully deployed for maximum coverage, and that those tools and services remained in good operational health.
