Four years later he became Director of Development, raising $20M each year for three years. He learned how an enterprise accounting system at Ernst & Young where he spent another seven years building global management accounting systems as manager of accounting system design. His years at Amnesty International reinforced Steve’s life-long commitment to giving back to the community through charitable causes. He has been a dedicated long-term board member of the Chapter and loves serving nonprofit clients, helping them with their finances. That’s why non-profits are GrowthForce’s largest client sector.When he’s not immersed in helping his clients grow, Steve strives to be a role model to his company by modeling proper work-life balance. His charge was to build the infrastructure for the organization to handle its 300% growth, including finance, fundraising, IT and Human Resources.
