I worked as a Student Engagement Ambassador with Ruffalo Noel Levitz( RNL) from Dec. 2020-June 2022. I was responsible for calling soon to be high school graduates (Juniors and Seniors) on behalfof various colleges in the nation. Main focus was outreach and providing information forstudents having issues looking for colleges. It involved providing information, answeringquestions they had and documenting/updating contact information to help them connectto their desired colleges.I worked as Tell-a-Hawk Student Caller for the Seattle University Annual Giving Fund (RNL) from September 2018- December 2020 (25 Hours Per Week). I was responsible for outreach towards alumni, parents of student/alumni, and friends of theuniversity. Main focus was philanthropy and consisted of calling these people withconnection with the university, updating contact information, building a rapport, andreceiving donations from to various Seattle University Funds. This most recent callingperiod from September 24 to December 3, 2020, I have raised around $15,000 for theUniversity alone.
