As an IT Client Support Specialist, I am responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to end users through telephone, remote, and on-site troubleshooting sessions. My duties extend to working with multi-layered security protocols, ensuring the safety of client systems. I meticulously maintain accurate documentation of client networks, ensuring a thorough record of configurations and settings. Additionally, I am actively involved in software installations and updates, playing a key role in keeping systems up-to-date with the latest advancements. A significant part of my role involves the setup and configuration of PCs, printers, peripherals, and networking equipment to ensure seamless operations. Furthermore, I contribute to the success of network deployment projects by providing valuable assistance and support throughout the implementation process.

As an IT Intern for SCCC, I work with seasoned IT professionals, utilizing/gaining practical skills in troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, and contributing to real-world IT projects. This internship is designed to align with academic requirements, offering valuable industry experience.

Completed my Associates Degree in Information Technology.

Monitor J-Chat, RAID Camera, Giant Voice, Blue Eyes, and Radio Communications for FOB. Track and Log all personnel and missions coming and going from FOB. Assist in directing Force Protection personnel and provide C2 for any major incidents in Ground Defense Area (GDA).
