Steve is a partner with Feldesman Leifer LLP, where his practice focuses on representing 340B covered entities, federal grantees, and others in litigation, regulatory, and advisory matters. Steve previously ran his own solo practice, served as a partner with Rifkin Weiner Livingston LLC, counsel with Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC, and partner with Hogan & Hartson LLP, in Washington, D.C. He has also previously served as a state and federal prosecutor. In the nonprofit world, Steve served as an executive director, development director, marketing director, and outside consultant to policy-oriented nonprofits in Washington, DC.Steve attained both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. Following his undergraduate studies, he served as a fellowship volunteer on Project OTZMA, a year-long community service program in Israel.
