During my tenure, the Medical/Spa/Cafe tripled its revenues and overcame enormous prior annual losses to reach profitability, while the Dental practice expanded from 10 chairs to 16 chairs leading to 75%.

Implemented wide range of initiatives for this 114-year-old historic US manufacturer, with subsidiaries in Brazil and Canada. Oversaw merger and acquisition of three entities, including Asian manufacturing plant. Led qualification of ISO-9001 and implementation of Lean Manufacturing.
