Supported Siebel 8.1 CRM applicationI was part of an application development team that supported a Siebel CRM application. During my time, the application expanded from a regional 5x8 team application to an international 24x6 corporate application. To accomplish this task, we upgraded the application from version 7.7 to 8.1 and added many custom enhancements. My main tasks during this process were to help compile a "to the minute" project plan of activities that were performed on the cut-over weekend, to test the turnover documents used by the Operations team during the cut-over weekend, and to perform application updates to enable the new enhancements.After the upgrade was completed, I managed the non-production environments for the development and QA teams. I managed access to the servers, migrated code from DEV to QA and Training, and wrote SQL code for data load programs.

Supported Proprietary Insurance Claim Processing ApplicationI supported the Finance department of a Health Care company that used a third party claims billing application that was run on a mainframe platform. I was responsible for troubleshooting system and data errors, submitting change requests to correct errors, and tracking requests through to production.I worked extensively with the application development team and was responsible for verifying QA test results. In addition, I created a local database to provide tracking reports which were used for weekly status meetings.
