Currently supporting capital market, retirement plans (pension & 401k), FX, commodity, and Treasury related finance issues for Colgate-Palmolive. Previously I was at ADP and before that in the Capital Markets team within PepsiCo Treasury where I oversaw the long term financing plan including term debt issuance, interest rate risk management, and net interest expense forecasting. My achievements included issuing over $12B of term debt including the firm's inaugural EUR debt issuance (leading the recent wave of US companies issuing in that market) and helping to negotiate a double digit increase in the credit facility which serves as our commercial paper backstop. As part of a small, high performance team, I was also integral in managing global banking relationships and debt compliance as well as external reporting for the over $30B debt and derivatives portfolio.Before that I was in the Commodities team within PepsiCo Treasury where I created hedging programs to manage the risk of Pepsico's global commodities exposure (including metals, agricultural, and energy). Before joining PepsiCo, my experience included positions at one of the largest FX trading services firm in the world and before that I traded equities.
