CurrentTravoAsia is a new online and mobile platform that allow travelers to book unique dining with locals home chefs. Responsibility:I am in charge on TravoAsia business direction. We focus on a small single market to start with. Within three months we managed to get 3k register users under very limited budget. I also responsible for the marketing strategy on TravoAsia which included all online and offline campaign. Look after business development was also one of my key role in TravoAsia. I have also partner with different individuals, travel agents, community leaders, popular travel bloggers etc. Along with all the key roles above, I also reasonable for finding business partners, founding partners, investors, mentors, and capital for the company. That is why I am always traveling and attending major trade event in digital and mobile industry. I have extensive network in the digital industry and the start up community in Hong Kong and overseas due to my pervious work experience. Analysis on KPI is key to any business. I constantly pay special attention on the performance on all the marketing event and always try to improve ROI.
