Plans, direct, and coordinate activities and assigned team members of designated project(s) to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within established budget, schedule, and quality parameters. The Project Manager is responsible to understand project scope and is responsible to execute appropriate change management processes when project scope changes. The Project Manager is the primary DSI contact with client personnel to accomplish project objectives and is a key overall relationship manager for the client.

Enablement Consultants have the following responsibilities:- Develop and maintain product knowledge about DSI products.- Create and maintain components required to fulfill Enablement Program objectives including classroom curriculum, training support materials, technical solution documents, white papers, etc.- Delivery informal training/mentoring sessions to DSI business partners and employees.- Work with other enablement team members to establish, manage and maintain a certification program for tracking progress and skills of DSI employees, business partners and clients.- Assess, identify and recommend new delivery technologies to expand the reach of DSI's enablement program.- Participate in the product management process to remain current on product plans and GA functionality.

The Regional Engagement Manager provides management oversight of the active services projects in their geographical region. This includes activities during and after a sales cycle. Sales activities include creation of the formal scope of engagement and services estimate and serving as the services lead on sales opportunities. Post-sale activities include coordination of project kickoff with assigned DSI Project Managers and client. The Regional Engagement Manager works with assigned Project Managers and monitors each Project Manager's adherence to the i5 Methodology, project scope and budget for projects in the region.
