Key Experience:- Increased revenue 5X for RF-SMART in APAC across a 6 year period.- Developed RF-SMART APAC from the ground up, now employs seven people.- Developed partner relationships in APAC for RF-SMART.- Oversaw transition of DSI Asia Pacific from a separate entity into an integrated business unit of DSI Inc including consulting, accounting and customer management processes.- Managed the transition of DSI’s consulting business from being a DSI consultant-only model to the use of partner resources for the provision of consulting services throughout the APAC region.- Managed over twenty successful projects over a five year period. All projects delivered on time and under/on budget. Projects delivered to companies including Constellation Australia, Pernod Ricard Pacific, Cerebos Foods and Simplot Australia.
