As a senior Air Cadet, high standards of professionalism and etiquette are required. Proper workplace communication and teamwork are standards between myself and fellow peers. I had the responsibility of managing my own team of younger cadets, teaching them lessons on broad subjects ranging from aircraft knowledge to proper communication skills. This led me to build upon my teaching, leadership and time management skills.
