I head up the Employer Engagement team for the UK's 4th largest FE College, and the largest in Wales. We are the employer facing arm of the Grŵp, and provide a dedicated expert service to businesses across Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Mon. The team engage with employers on many aspects, primarily carrying out training needs analysis, hosting employer network events, funding support advice and providing information on the courses/training the College offers via Buses@LlandrilloMenai. The training has 4 main elements... apprenticeships, short course, professional courses & bespoke training packages. The team are located at Abergele, Llangefni and Dolgellau campuses.

Coleg Llandrillo Denbigh

Initially as Deputy Manager, to help establish further and develop the Coleg Llandrillo Further Education courses offer in Denbigh and the surrounding area. This work has seen the campus grow in stature and prominence, in making a positive difference to the opportunities for learners of Denbigh and surrounding areas.

Middle Lane Centre, Denbigh

Working for the Learning Communities department, to co-ordinate and develop Further Education courses in Denbigh and the surrounding area.
