After 6 years putting together the programme of events, I undertook the Chair role.

Glasshouse was a global provider of solutions to the datacentre, cloud, virtualisation and transformation markets. In 2008, Glasshouse acquired DCMI, a datacentre migration specialist of which I was a major Shareholder. As a co-founder of DCMI, I was retained to achieve the global earn out and to integrate DCMI. Also managed the largest global customer. The earn out was completed in October 2008 achieving £11.25Million of Sales Bookings against a target of £6.5M. This represented the third year of operation of the former DCMI company. The Data Centre practise was also responsible for bringing the two largest customers to Glasshouse.
