As a Customer Service Specialist at RAMPS Logistics, I manage end-to-end supply chains, working with various internal and external teams to create strategies for efficient cargo movement. I have over seven years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, and I hold a Customs Clerk Grade 1 certification from the Customs Brokers Board of Trinidad and Tobago. In this role, I developed skills such as supply chain management, customer service, communication, and teamwork.In addition to my role at RAMPS Logistics, I also work as a Farm Manager at Ibis Farms, an indoor farm primarily focused on microgreens through controlled environment agriculture. I have been involved in this project since June 2020, and our mission is to develop indoor farming methods and provide a quality locally made product within Trinidad and Tobago. I have a passion for sustainable and innovative farming practices, and I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
