I have a passion for sound be it creating it, mixing it or simply just sitting back and enjoying it. With over twenty years involvement and progression, I have developed extensively in sound design, location recording, mixing and editing. This build of knowledge has been self-directed and recently I have taken my knowledge to a much higher level and recently completed a MA in sound design, with my focus on post-production or Dolby Atmos at Bath Spa University.As a dubbing mixer, sound designer and sound editor, I am used to working with people from around the world on a diverse range of projects from film to games. Communication is vital in my workflow and has resulted in some fantastic and fun working relationships. I have a studio setup that is built for Dolby Atmos production for film and episodic TV, gaming and music giving me some interesting choices when it comes to deliverables for clients. My skills in this field are focused as a Dubbing Mixer, Sound Designer & Audio EditorProficient in Pro-Tools, Dolby Atmos Production Suite, Nuendo & iZotope RX7 AdvancedAlso I have experience with: UE4, Wwise and Fmod I am also a lecturer at college on a Music Technology course and deliver sessions in sound for film and new media. This is a great experience as I am able to show and enlighten the future stars of sound. We also have some excellent group discussions based on some of my audio roles in film work that I am allowed to discuss.
