Sales and Customer Service• Plaistow - Leader of a sales force, which surpassed monthly sales quota every month from May of 2013 to February 2014.• Biddeford – Increase store performance rankings from mid-100’s out of 250 store to a top 100 store five out of seven months through a rise in add-ons like socks, mouthguards and footwear inserts.• Attract sales through strong product knowledge of footwear, clothing and hardgoods.• Utilize weekly corporate and store profit and loss report to increase department sales. • Answer all customer inquiries courteously and promptly.• Maintain an enjoyable shopping experience for the customer through keeping the store appearance neat and organized.Management• Assist in interviewing and hiring strong Part-Time Sales Associates who have been instrumental in the success of the store. • Train and supervise ten Part-Time Sales Associates in sales, register, product knowledge, policy and upkeep.• Organize complete merchandizing changes for seasonal athletic seasons.• Follow all loss prevention policies fully.• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.• Update price markdowns and markups by the corporate due date.• Install, accurately, all weekly sale and merchandising updates.
