After I experienced the workings of the warehouse, I was promoted to the National Department where I was responsible for keeping the inventory levels at Odyssey's 14 branches to their upmost efficiency. I established low cost transportation and delivery schedules to meet the customer demands at the branches. Most recently I was actively maintaning the NAFTA requirements of Odyssey's suppliers.

Supplied the various branches with the proper inventory according to customer needs and levels desired. Aquired method of transport for these transfers of inventory. Worked closely with Operation Managers of the 14 branches to improve inventory levels and cut shipping cost.

Building and repairing plastic injection molds. Eight of the last fourteen years, responsibilities included scheduling workloads, design review, and troubleshooting existing tooling. Developed operating instructions, calibration and record keeping in compliance to ISO 9000 standards.Instrumental in establishing 5S lean manufacturing philosophy.
