My role was as an on-site consultant for the blockchain division (Vault.ch) of a Colombia-based international mining company.I collaborated with a small team to develop new institutional-grade financial products for consumers and financial institutions.Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with an international team to design an innovative cryptocurrency offering.I participated in collaborating on pitch decks, co-wrote documentation, and supported finance and sales teams on special projects.

As the COO, I successfully launched this international volunteer tourism company in a niche market. I joined first as a full-time hire to structure a business plan, developed online marketing strategy, and grow the business from the ground up to international organization operating in 7 countries. I then pioneered and fine-tuned the multi-platform, multi-stage inbound marketing strategy hyper-targeted to niche market of Jewish students and young professionals. I also developed content and created paid ad strategy to target specific buyer profiles and developed programming to meet the needs of international participants. I created and targeted over 1,919 ads on Facebook / Instagram & 618 ads on Google Display Network, generating 153,609 engagements, recruiting 459 Participants on $1,200-$2,000 Programs, and generating over $550,000 in revenue for the organization. (As of 10/5/16).

The Dharma Balloon Experience is my personal journey to create balloon art with kids in need of smiles around the world.After graduation in May 2010, I embarked on a passion project to share my art with orphans, refugees, and children of all kinds in the countries I visited as I engaged in a post-university once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The journey took me through Israel, Palestine, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Nepal, among other countries, and I volunteered with children in all of these places. In all, touched the lives of over 1,000 children, and come back with a few stories to share.

Coordinating communications for the Wharton Interactive Media Initiative (WIMI) across multiple online and mobile platforms, promoting conferences, analyzing usage data of WIMI online resources.

Worked with the Young Entrepreneur Foundation and the Wharton Small Business Development Center to develop a pilot program to teach entrepreneurship to high school students in West Philadelphia. Currently working with development team on a roll-out strategy to develop the program nation-wide.

Tracked VOD asset performance using Rentrak, analyzed performance of series and promotions, and created recommendation decks for Comcast partners, presenting some findings personally to senior management. Worked on numerous creative projects on an as-needed basis, including proofing layouts for direct mail promotions and coordinating the overhaul of VOD email marketing campaign.

At age 12, I started a small business entertaining children in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I grew the business, to date performing at over 300 parties and family events throughout Connecticut and New York.
