I started my career with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Strathclyde University and was given the opportunity to study part-time for an MBA from Open University whilst working in one of my first jobs as Customer Relationship Manager at Kwik-Fit.I have worked within organisations across a multitude of sectors, in a variety of management roles aimed at delivering exceptional customer service experiences, developing and maintaining good working relationships both B2B and B2C, as well as managing projects and accounts. Throughout each role and sector I have worked within, I have been able to grow and establish my network, utilize modern business techniques and understand the overall complexity of different kinds of businesses. At eyebright, I am responsible for the relationships we establish with every single client from day 1, and consulting businesses on their utilities. This includes providing a friendly and professional service to our clients that follows their schedules, not mine. I pride myself on making sure each client receives a consultant-to-client experience that is tailored to them and the needs of their industry. Despite the many, many years I have spent within the industry, I have never met two clients who were the same; I can be in a chicken farm in the morning and a 5 star hotel in the afternoon.
