I'm experienced with VOIP telephone solutions and various software packages including Access, Excel, Merlin and Sage accounting packages. I can design, deliver and maintain websites being able to program in HTML and ASPX as well as understanding newer technologies like Wordpress.

Our success in the mortgage market eventually led to a name change and the company became Mortgages-Online and a top five producer in the Midlands. I have experienced the highs of success and the lows of a recession that decimated financial services; the mortgage industry shrank by two thirds, leading to difficult decisions to make loyal long serving staff redundant. While not a situation I would want to experience again it did serve to help me understand when and why difficult decisions have to be taken to ensure business survival. An excellent communicator and comfortable in front of any customer, competitor or supplier.
