I started my recruitment career over in 2005, working for a market leading global recruitment company, Harvey Nash. I specialised in Account Management for some large blue-chip organisations across all areas of Technology. It’s here that I developed my ability to establish long term relationships and deliver a consistent service on a repeat basis. In 2009, I moved to Dubai. After sampling some other industry verticals, I decided to refocus on technology. I covered the Enterprise market for multinational tech vendors and gained experience in a range of solutions across Asia, Middle East & Africa. In 2015, I cofounded Insignia. Again, I had a pure focus on technology. Still working with global brands, we broadened our offering, working with tech startups to regional powerhouses. In 2021, Insignia was acquired by ecap, an Executive Search firm. We rebranded as ecap Digital and became part of the Monstarlab Group, a global Digital Experience Consultancy. In 2024, we relaunched Insignia, the brand closest to our heart. With a renewed passion and enhanced skillset, we are excited to work with clients that touch the world of technology and have a need for a laser focused, dynamic approach.
