Stephen McDavid is the Creative Partner and Founder @ Earthling Studio, building super-powered brands™ that people need and the world can't ignore. A creatively led studio forged in April 2022, with a mission to partner with courageous brands to understand, unlock and unleash their super-powers and go beyond the ordinary.Based in London, he's worked with Burger King, Kraft Heinz, Mars Inc, PepsiCo, Pret, Uber and a handful of start-ups. These days he is passionate about working intimately with start-ups, scale-ups and reigniting icons, that have the potential to influence culture and drive positive change.Stephen believes that branding has the potential to be a transformational force. One that drives business results, impacts lives, fundamentally has the power to do good.He began his career at packaging agency, Pearlfisher. Later expanding his strategic brand identity skills at Landor London and until recently led the award winning creative team at global design agency Jones Knowles Ritchie.A former D&AD judge, with a passion for original ideas and helping the next generation of diverse creatives navigate the changing landscape of the industry. He has won international awards for his creativity in packaging, brand identity, campaign, animation and design effectiveness. Beyond awards success, some of Stephen’s proudest moments include the brand creation of HIPPEAS, (a mission led start-up), helping Burger King remove plastic toys from their kids meals forever, leading the team to develop the first ever global master brand for Heinz in 150 years and recently putting the & in M&M's.
