As the COO for Anglo-Suisse Capital Limited I have a wide range of challenging and rewarding roles, where the lines between accountability and responsibility are adapted to best suit the client, project and/or investor:- Responsible for the development and preparation of short-term and long-range project plans and budgets based upon broad organisation goals and objectives- Development and installation of procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow and thereby solidify management controls and direction of the enterprise, thereby playing a crucial role in execution of business strategy- Process Improvements and Program Effectiveness at the execution stage- Preparation and submission of the annual operational budget. Manages effectively within this budget and reports accurately on progress made and challenges encountered- Organizational reporting and monitoring : Provides guidance and leadership through management of metrics and measurement reporting process- Tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation to the CEO and Senior management team.- Risk management and legal activities, ensuring all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulations and laws governing the business- Ongoing maintenance and operation of information systems and infrastructure, including hardware and software- Lead, coach, develop and retain high-performers with an emphasis on developing capacity while establishing policies to insure adequate management development.
