As the COO for Anglo-Suisse Capital Limited I have a wide range of challenging and rewarding roles, where the lines between accountability and responsibility are adapted to best suit the client, project and/or investor:- Responsible for the development and preparation of short-term and long-range project plans and budgets based upon broad organisation goals and objectives- Development and installation of procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow and thereby solidify management controls and direction of the enterprise, thereby playing a crucial role in execution of business strategy- Process Improvements and Program Effectiveness at the execution stage- Preparation and submission of the annual operational budget.
