In this role, as a people leader of a Cross Functional team which includes managing:Marketing Managers for Digital & Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Leaders, Marketing Communications, Product Commercialization, and Clinical Marketing Leaders.Support the CMO & Global Marketing team in their go to market activity, and Commercial Strategy of Product Commercial Activation. Represent Marketing within the MR, Imaging & GE Healthcare leadership structure. Interact with the other Modalities & MCAP functions at Imaging & GEHC levels.Responsibility also includes management of the MR Customer Innovation Center in Waukesha, WI. Support Global & Regional activities - heavily involved in Go to Market & Commercialization activity. Mange and oversee multiple MR events organization & planning, notably RSNA, ISMRM & MR Global Sales Training. Manage the Marketing budget. Being responsible for overseeing contracting Agencies, Contractors, Support Teams & Event Management.Take an active & lead role in product solutions – working with installation solutions (mobile, modular, upgrades), customer education programs, and service delivery solutions. Also support the MR Product Lifecycle activity for end of life to ensure proactive customer nurture & engagement marketing activity.During 2017 took responsibility as Acting MR CMO for 6 months, supporting Global Marketing, Regional Teams, and being a member of the MR Leadership Staff.
