Stephen Bass, a GrantWorks’ Director of Broadband Services, is an energy-filled individual with high business acumen and over 14 years’ experience of financial analysis and strategic planning in both the Telecom and Construction Industries. Stephen is considered an expert team and relationship builder. He also has a strong telecommunications background and uses his business experience to develop successful strategies to drive growth in GrantWorks’ broadband services department. GrantWorks has successfully assisted over 600 commercial and state and local government entities in the design and delivery of a wide range of successful federal and state funded disaster recovery, mitigation, resilience, and community development programs. With a national workforce of over 400 professionals, GrantWorks has secured and administered over $8 billion in assistance while helping hundreds of our nation’s affected communities become stronger, smarter, and more resilient.
