The US location was a greenfield startup. I was responsible for the creation of the manufacturing space, installation of all equipment and utilities. Further, I lead the development of the entire operational staffing from HR, Production Control, Sales, Accounting, Quality, Maintenace, and all operators. Sales growth of >$10M annually in the first year of operation. Successful implementation of IATF16949 certification.

Full P&L responsibility. Company was 1.5 years old and struggling with bad quality, poor delivery, and 4.5M in annual losses.

2nd largest producer of nonwovens for the Hygiene market where quality control and operational cleanlisness are of significant importance to end customers (P&G, KC, Attends, etc).
