I have over 15 years of experience in the architecture industry, specializing in non-domestic buildings, low-energy construction, and international development.I am responsible for the strategic growth, financial performance, and profile of the practice, working alongside the wider Executive Leadership Team and the Employee Owned Trust. I also oversee the expansion of our international studio base in India, where we deliver projects in healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial sectors. I am driven by the values of sustainability, belonging, and engagement, and I strive to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization and with our clients and partners.
