I have over 15 years of experience in the architecture industry, specializing in non-domestic buildings, low-energy construction, and international development.I am responsible for the strategic growth, financial performance, and profile of the practice, working alongside the wider Executive Leadership Team and the Employee Owned Trust. I also oversee the expansion of our international studio base in India, where we deliver projects in healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial sectors. Stephen is also one of the 25 accredited sustainable design architects in Scotland recognised by the RIAS, and is an Incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB). Stephen retains links to academia, and has in the past been a regular Stage 5 critic at the Glasgow School of Art, and stages 1, 3, and 5 at Strathclyde University
