I implemented ITIL processes for ticket logging and resolution. I delivered a radical improvement in the quality of our in-house software development via the adoption of change control and testing processes. I oversaw a move to Agile development methodology in response to business demand for short development lead times.I have managed the integration of software and processes of multiple business acquisitions. Specified and implemented a hosted Avaya IP Office call-center solution. Managed a migration to Sage 200 accounts software integrated with our in-house developed ERP/CRM system. Acted as technical architect for infrastructure migration to high-availability VMware & SAN platform.I defined and implemented robust policies and procedures leading to ISO 27001 certification.In addition I managed the IT aspects of a successful disaster recovery and business continuity process including relocation following a major fire at the head office.
