Worked with their ED directors and clinicians to customize the tool, including early detection of sepsis, stratifiers for organ failure and treatment-limiting factors, and more.Helped Stanford Health Care establish its data-governance strategy. Helped them implement Collibra's Data Governance Center (DGC) application, acted as their DGC administrator for three months, customized its workflows, and created an extensive handbook and video tutorials for future administrators.

Helped to develop Stanford Health Care's Spine BI tool focused on assessing patient quality of life pre- and post-procedure.Helped develop Health Catalyst’s first series of Care Process Maps.

Organized a series of discussions over several weeks with the CEO, COO, and senior VPs to articulate and document the company’s client-engagement strategy.Led a project at North Memorial Health in Minneapolis to analyze their Surgical Services workflow and improve their OR turnaround times.
