Having joined Finn Foster in August 2016, my role is to service a portfolio of highly valued clients incorporating hotels, property developers, wineries and engineers. Finn Foster re-branded to Quattro Risk Services in October 2017.I lead a small team with a large, varied portfolio. Our team is focused on developing high quality client relationships and driving new business growth though service that is over and above client expectations. I am heavily involved in system, process and documentation development to drive an improvement in professionalism across the business.I am heavily involved in the implementation of an offshore processing team for administrative tasks.I take pride in being a subject matter expert and mentor for junior staff.I am goal driven having thoroughly exceeded targets for two consecutive years through organic growth and new business development.

I joined IC Frith in December 2011 as an Account Broker with the Marine team, servicing the Marine industry and client's related business before moving across to the SME team, dealing with small to medium business clients.In addition I have achieved my Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) with Australia’s National Insurance Brokers Association, and maintain QPIB (Qualified Practising Insurance Broker) status with NIBA (National Insurance Brokers Association).In March 2015 Steadfast acquired full ownership of IC Frith, which was later merged with other brokerages to become Steadfast IRS. Responsible for a portfolio of key corporate accounts, I worked closely with clients to ensure that their insurance needs are fulfilled.
