I was a start-up co-founder in the eCommerce space. But, when things don't work out as you'd plan, you have to pivot. I'm now the owner of a fast growing landscape design and construction business based in Melbourne.I'm also a passionate believer in regenerative agriculture and am building out an idea to help farmers improve their soil quality.In my previous corporate life I had a reputation for developing a clear vision, building consensus among senior stakeholders and having an understanding of when and how to bring the right people, processes and technology together to achieve measurable results. I now use these skills to deliver great results for my landscaping business.I have continually invested in my own education to earn a Master of Management, a Graduate Certificate of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, a Diploma of Hospitality Management and recently completed a Certificate IV in Building & Construction. It's also highly likely I am the only landscaper in the world who is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner, a Scrum Master and has studied Cybersecurity Management.
