The primary function of this role is to have macro level responsibility for managing client account issues across the different business channels in Davy Select. This includes the co-ordination of various projects and the monitoring of the client book ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Primarily responsible for working with individuals, families, companies & trusts to manage and grow their assets through personalized investment and financial planning advice within a fast changing regulatory environment. • Aside from financial planning, responsible for the buying/selling of equities, bonds and alternative assets across the advisory book of clients and the oversight of the investment strategy implemented for discretionary clients.• Managing and maintaining the development of the Leads Management process within Davy Private Clients and the establishment of the 'Next Generation' client base.

• Primarily responsible for providing share dealing and excellent customer service to all Davy clients and potential clients.• Developing and enhancing processes and procedures & actively seeking to add value to processes by introducing improvements based upon feedback.• Dealing promptly and efficiently with client queries whilst using product knowledge and liaising with internal teams within Davy if necessary.• Managing various projects on behalf of Davy Select (e.g. fee collection, EII scheme order book) and contributing to the overall Davy management of these projects.

• Primarily responsible for processing domestic and foreign dividends received, by way of electronic payments or cheques, on a daily basis and in an accurate and timely manner.• Also responsible for monitoring numerous election and mandating procedures within the Dividends team on a weekly basis.• Assist members of the both the Corporate Actions & Taxation Reporting teams in terms of their various projects and with responding to all internal and external queries when required.

• Primarily responsible for assiting the Operations Manager in the day to day operation of the harbour and the project management of various upgrade projects around the harbour. My roles in these projects include specification, procurement, vendor assessment, health and safety, project coordination and documentation.• Also responsible for producing facilities manuals for several properties within the harbour, including a large commercial office block, and operations manuals for various systems within the company including the entire IT system.
